Why this conference, why now?

A decisive inflection point for MEA

By 2030, Africa will be home to 1.7 billion people, 60% under 25 — the world's youngest population. The Middle East is accelerating its transition toward post-oil economies built on innovation, digitalization and entrepreneurship. Yet this momentum coexists with real challenges: youth unemployment, digital divides, climate pressures.

AIESEC embodies a 78-year legacy of purpose-driven leaders. Over 100,000 active alumni across Africa and the Middle East — entrepreneurs, public officials, technical experts, investors, social innovators — form a strategic yet under-leveraged human capital asset.

It is with great pride and a strong sense of responsibility that we present the AIESEC Alumni Middle East & Africa Conference. Our region is rich in talent, diversity, resilience and ambition.

Across Africa and the Middle East, AIESEC Alumni are leading businesses, shaping institutions, driving innovation and contributing to social and economic transformation.
