The AIESEC Alumni Middle East & Africa Regional Conference 2026 will take place in Kigali, Rwanda one of Africa’s most vibrant, innovative, and fastest-growing cities. To ensure a seamless and engaging conference experience, the organizing committee has secured two official conference hotels that will serve as the primary accommodation and event locations for delegates. Together, these venues provide the capacity to host more than 200 participants attending the conference. The conference will be held from August 20 to 23, 2026 in Kigali, Rwanda.

How much does sponsorship cost?

Four tiers: Platinum USD 20,000, Gold USD 10,000, Silver USD 5,000 and Community USD 2,000. In-kind partnerships (Venue, Media, Travel, Tech, Catering) are also available.

How many participants are expected?

300+ delegates for the conference and 1,000+ participants at the Future of Work & Innovation Summit on 22 August 2026.

Will the content be translated?

Three official languages: English, French and Arabic. Simultaneous translation is planned for plenary sessions.
